I checked all 17 pages Google can see on chadlittleagency.com. The design and the message are strong. The problems are behind the scenes, and they're all fixable.
Pages with a Google description (the two lines of text under your link in search results).
Your homepage has no page title, so Google has to guess what to show.
Leftover template pages Google can see, like "Hello world!" and "Sample Page."
/hello-world, /sample-page, /blank, /full-width-template, and two empty blog pagesThe ACA page's button opens your branded HealthSherpa page ("Chad Little Agency"). The homepage's "Enroll in ACA" button uses a different agent ID with a typo (an extra space at the end), and I couldn't find your name on the page it opens. Enrollments through it may not be credited to you. Worth a quick check in your HealthSherpa account. Either way, I'll point every button to the right link.
What this means: when I searched for "Chad Little Agency", your website didn't come up. If people can't find you by your name, they won't find you for "Medicare agent near me" either. Fixing the basics comes first.
You don't need a new website. I'll work inside your current WordPress site, and it'll look the same to your visitors. Here's the difference in Google.
Written for what people actually search, like "Medicare Supplement plans" or "final expense insurance."
Remove the template pages and point them to real ones, so Google only sees your best pages.
Behind-the-scenes info that says "insurance agency," with your phone, hours and service area.
Add the required disclaimer. You approve any Medicare wording before it goes live.
Built around self-enroll: you'd rather people enroll on their own than call. So every page will point to the self-enroll buttons first, with booking as the backup. I'll also track every click on those buttons, so we can see which pages bring in enrollments.
When someone searches "insurance agent near me," Google shows the map first. Those spots go to agencies with a complete Google listing and good reviews.
Correct category, hours and services, with the website button going straight to your self-enroll pages.
Your clients already say great things (like John, David and Emily on your site). I'll make it one tap for them to say it on Google.
I write the replies. You never have to.
People don't search "insurance agency." They search a specific question. One helpful page per question, each ending with a big "Self-enroll now" button.
Examples. I'll check real search numbers before picking which to write first.
Good timing: it's open enrollment right now (Medicare until December 7, ACA until January 15). The quick fixes in step 1 can help this season. The bigger results set you up for next season.
Here's what you'll get. Your real numbers fill it in starting the first month.
So we know what to write more of. (Finished enrollments show in your HealthSherpa and SunFire accounts.)
The exact words people typed, like "medicare supplement plans."
A short list. No jargon.
Honest heads-up: Google takes time. Changes usually start to show 2 to 3 months after they go live. I won't promise overnight results. I'll promise steady work and a clear report every month.
